Twistleton Scar End

Twistleton Scar End above Ingleton in North Yorkshire is renowned for is dramatic limestone pavement and especially for the number of photogenic trees which cling to life in these crevices. Strong winds blow across the exposed plateau which was bent and twisted the trees into some fantastic shapes.
The strong side lighting is from the winter sun which has certainly created some shadows worth recording.
