Baslow Mist

October is here and autumn is just around the corner. I find this time of year is a good time for temperature inversions with the warm days and cool nights seeming to generate some lovely low lying ground mist in the valleys of the Peak District National Park.
This is the view from Balsow Edge early in the morning - a nice location to photograph these layers of morning mists in the English countryside.
